Membership Information
We welcome Master Masons in good standing who ride motorcycles and are dedicated to fraternal fellowship, charity, and mutual respect across the Asia-Pacific.
The Chapter's online public application intake system is active in accordance with approved policy (DEC-04). Prospective brethren may create an applicant profile, submit required Masonic credentials, and track their physical meeting attendance.
The 5-Stage Admission Journey
Inquiry & Vetting
Submission of Letter of Intent and preliminary verification of Blue Lodge good standing by MIC-MB.
Document Intake
Intake of required Masonic credentials, passport, and supporting identity documentation.
3 Physical Meetings
Attendance at ≥ 3 physical Chapter meetings in Asia verified against official records.
Unanimous Ballot
Unanimous approval by eligible Regular Members (exact quorum and ballot mechanics subject to GOV-CLAR-01).
Post-Approval Demit
Verification of demit from existing chapter (if applicable) prior to activation as Regular Member (DEC-07).
Post-Approval Demit Verification Rule (DEC-07)
An applicant who is already a member of an existing Widows Sons chapter is NOT required to demit while merely an applicant or prospect. To protect the applicant's existing fraternal standing, demit is required only AFTER 100% unanimous affirmative approval has been achieved in Travellers Asia.

Letter of Intent
Constitutional PrerequisiteFormal letter addressed to the Chapter outlining Masonic affiliation, riding background, and desire for fellowship in Travellers Asia.
Certificate of Good Standing (Blue Lodge)
Constitutional PrerequisiteOfficial current certificate or dues card from a recognized, regular Masonic Lodge under a recognized Grand Lodge.
Chapter Standing Certification (If Affiliated)
If AffiliatedIf currently a member of another Widows Sons chapter, letter certifying good fraternal standing (demit is NOT required at time of application).
Valid Passport Identification
Identity VerificationColor scan of valid passport data page for regional identity and travel verification across Asian corridors.
Formal Masonic / Rider Photograph
Identity RecordRecent clear photograph in appropriate fraternal or rider attire for identity and Digital Membership ID generation.

Motorcycle Driver's License & Endorsement
Travel ReadinessValid government-issued driver's license with appropriate motorcycle classification for regional touring and safe operation.

Touring ReadinessCurrent vehicle registration or documentation of active street-legal motorcycle operation and appropriate road insurance for group rides.
